Day 1: Arrival in Kuala Lumpur

• Arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
• Check into your hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
• Explore the city’s iconic landmarks like the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower.
• Enjoy a night walk in KLCC Park.
• Overnight in Kuala Lumpur

Day 2: Kuala Lumpur

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, go on the explore Kuala Lumpur. Visit the Batu Caves, a series of Hindu temples in limestone caves. Later, go on to explore Kuala Lumpur Bird Park, one of the world’s largest covered bird parks.

Afterwards, go on to stroll around Lake Gardens and visit the Butterfly Park, a a large public butterfly zoo in Kuala Lumpur, situated adjacent to Lake Gardens.

Try local cuisine at Jalan Alor for dinner. Located in the heart of the city in Bukit Bintang Area, it is one of the busiest food streets of the world. There are hundreds of shops and restaurants on both sides serving authentic Malaysian food.

Day 3: Cameron Highlands

Check out after a nice breakfast at the hotel. Drive to the Cameron Highlands, a hill station known for its tea plantations and cool climate. This is a drive of around 4 hours by car.

Check into a picturesque resort in the highlands.

Visit a tea plantation, preferably Boh Plantation, and factory for a tour. Boh Plantation is a must visit destination in Cameron Highlands due to its scenic vistas, harmony and tranquillity.

Later, go on to explore Mossy Forest for a unique ecological experience. One can find large number of mosses, ferns liverworts, and fern allies, along with pitcher plants, rhododendrons and wild orchids in the forested areas here.

Cameron Lavender Garden

Day 4: Cameron Highlands

After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, go on to visit a local morning market for fresh produce. Later, go on to explore the Cameron Lavender Garden. Cameron Lavender Garden is a floral garden located in Brinchang, Cameron Highlands. This is such a visual treat for the eyes. The garden blooms with different types of lavenders- purple, red and yellow.

Go on to visit the nearby Butterfly Garden. This is one of Cameron Highland’s oldest tourist attractions, Butterfly Garden features a large enclosure erected along a hill slope that contains butterflies and live insects displayed in aquariums.

Later, go on to small hike to visit the Robinson Waterfall. This is a magnificent cascade with a strong stench caused by farming activities upstream.

Taman Negara Canopy

Day 5: Taman Negara National Park

Check out after breakfast and head to Taman Negara National Park, one of the oldest rainforests in the world. This is a drive of around 3 hours. Check into a hotel/resort near Taman Negara National Park.

Explore the park with activities like canopy walks and river cruises. Look out for diverse wildlife like tapirs, macaques, and hornbills.

Day 6: Taman Negara National Park

Get up leisurely in the morning and enjoy a hearty breakfast at your hotel. Continue your exploration of Taman Negara with jungle trekking. Visit the Orang Asli settlement to learn about indigenous culture. Relax by the river and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Day 7: Penang
